Iboro Otu Leadership and Entrepreneurship Discourse (IOLED)

IOLED is a dedicated knowledge driven platform that gives young Nigerians the opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue on the challenges of leadership and entrepreneurship in Nigeria and proffer practical solutions to identified problems in their communities.

Raising Innovators and Social Transformers

The programme has assembled a diverse team of industry actors, leading academicians, educational institutions, innovators and social transformers to raise a fresh pool of young influencers in leadership and entrepreneurship that will drive positive social change in their communities.

Key Approach of the IOLED Programme

Our key approach is to use Research and Development to stimulate critical thinking, broaden awareness and deepen understanding of young people of the prevalent challenges in their environment and proffer solutions to them
